SHIPPING POLICY

Custom orders will fall subject to a case by case delivery timeframe.

All other available woodworking items are made to order and are currently estimated to ship between 3-4 weeks from purchase.  

​

Apparel, and accessory items such as stickers, keychains, and drinkware are kept in stock, so they will ship within 3-5 business days, delivery depending on mail service.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the customized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

If you believe your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that any request for a return, exchange, or refund must be accompanied by photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
