What should I do if an item is received damaged or broken in transit?Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When can I expect my order?Processing times and fulfillment are product dependent. Personalized items can take 2-3 weeks and custom items can take up to 4-6 weeks.
